Anthony's work is unique to what I've experienced in my 10 years of being an elite athlete. Anthony uses a cross between Remedial (which means he will assess, treat and re-asses) and Deep Tissue (used for recovery and mobility) techniques. He takes a look at you before each massage in order to treat the areas that need the most work to benefit the whole body.
